My partner set me a challenge to find her the perfect used SKODA YETI. It had to be Euro 6, 4x4, have heated seats and folding mirrors. I searched the classifieds and found a gem at Acado Cars in Inverness… the opposite end of the country from my partner’s home in Brighton! The salesman I dealt with was amazing, answering all my questions about the car and providing videos to show the condition in detail. This was all backed up by a documented service history from Day 1. I felt totally reassured we were buying the right car at the right price, thanks to the honesty & integrity of the dealer. ** update** I couldn't reply to your comment so I've edited this one. I STILL wouldn't recommend this place. I've never met Greg It was someone else that we are dealing with but i bought my daughter her first car from here and i was told if i paid in cash that day he would extend the warranty, sound good and it was a nice wee car, just needed a couple things done like tailgate lock handle and hand break so i did. The car only been used to take her out on lessons anyway the car broke down and needed to be recovered took it to the garage only to find out the extended warranty isn't valid because he hadn't put the service certificate in the folder, the folder he had given me with all the MOT and service paper work had MOT for this car and MOT for a total different car and no service history. Now we have a garage bill over 600+ bill and he wont return our phone calls. I've been down to the office that's in at the back of the carpet showroom but he wasn't there. And after this review I had that response 👇 that is lies, you know fine well the gentleman that was with me was not a mechanic. The only time a mechanic looked at the car was to fix the things we already knew was wrong with the car like the tailgate, handbrake. We did get a phone call back angry that we had posted this review and saying what do we expect buying a second hand car! but if we removed this review they would think about helping us! I expect to get the warranty that we were offered not invalid one! We paid for car to be repaired without the warranty only for something else to go wrong that's going to cost 800+ and that extended Warranty was still useless so the car is no longer in use so after paying all that money for the car and the extended warranty and my daughter only getting to drive the car for just over 6 weeks. costing more than the car is worth so she's had to go elsewhere for a new car! Totally waste of money.
