Brought a car from Aberdare autotrade Trecynon. Very happy with the car, aftersale care was excellent. We had a bit of trouble with the car, but the team assisted us with this, they were very efficient. Over all very happy with the service and would highly recommend this garage.
I've never liked looking for cars as always felt I was being pressured into buying BUT I cannot say the same here I had a friendly service from Ollie and John with no sales pushing. Very polite and helpful, . Tax, warranty etc was all dealt with by Ollie, I didn't have to do anything. If you are looking to buy a car make this your first stop.
We've been looking for a first car for my daughter for a few weeks when we came across aberdare Autotrade. I dropped ollie a text to see if the car we liked was available to test drive and got a quick reply to say it was. We went up to test drive a lovely kia rio and knew as soon as we took off it was the one. The car was immaculate but then all of them were as he was washing them up when arrived. Great first impression! So we paid a deposit and arranged to go and collect a few days later. Nightmare our side as traffic was ridiculous but kept ollie updated and he rearranged his evening to accommodate us, not many people would do that so really appriciated it. The whole process was quick, ollie was really friendly, not pushy in the slightest and happy to answer any questions we had. All round a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
