Excellent experience at AB Cars! Alex was fantastic and made the entire purchasing process for our Mini Countryman incredibly smooth. They have such a wide range of high-quality vehicles that choosing just one was honestly the hardest part of the day. From start to finish, the whole process only took four days. We part exchanged our two cars against a single more expensive vehicle and Alex offered a very fair price on both. The transaction was seamless with Alex dealing with every aspect including taxation and transfer of both our private number plates. A fantastic service and a great selection of quality vehicles available. Won\u2019t hesitate to go back the next time we are looking to change a car.
Found the car I wanted, had a test drive and went back to purchase it. No hassles or hard sell which is refreshing. Within a couple of days a fault appeared with the auto hold on the braking system. Rang the company and took it back for repair. Given a curtesy car for the weekend and returned a few days later after the fault was rectified. Again no hassle and thus far happy with my purchase. Would recommend a visit as they have over a hundred cars of various makes.
Shortly after New Year 2026, I had to search for a new car as mine had been in a non-fault accident and was written off back in December 2025. \u200bSearching became very tiresome and time-consuming, weighing up all the pros and cons of the vehicles on today\u2019s market. After seeing a car I quite liked the look of at AB car sales, I called for a test drive. The initial call was answered quickly by Sam. He was very accommodating, took my details, and we arranged a time. \u200bOn arrival at AB Car sales with my partner, we saw that the car was ready and awaiting our arrival. We were greeted by Sam, who gave us a quick overview of the car, and off we went. Unfortunately, that car wasn't to my liking, so we returned to the lot and explained it wasn't for me. We then had a stroll around the whole lot, looking for something that would give me "that feeling" you get when buying a new car. I wandered over to a very nice-looking 2019 Nissan Qashqai with below-average mileage. \u200bSam had explained earlier that all the cars were unlocked, so we could browse at our leisure. Once I got in the Qashqai, I instantly knew\u2014this was the car for me! \u200bWe test-drove it straight away, which Sam and Alex made very easy. The car was great apart from a few minor defects which we pointed out; Alex agreed they would be sorted out before collection day. Deposit paid! \u200bOn the day of collection, the rain didn't let us down! It was pouring, but this didn't stop or hinder the process. Alex sorted out all the admin side of things, Sam went to fill the car with fuel (a full tank on collection!), and we drove away with no hassle. \u200bTwenty-four days into owning the car, I had a minor problem which needed immediate attention, so I sorted it out myself. I then contacted Alex, who was fully supportive of the situation and quick to remedy any losses. \u200bAlex and Sam are very proactive in what they do. The whole process was easy, and even after a small hiccup, they came through with flying colors. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend AB car sales for your next used car sale!
