This is the second car we have bought from here. No pushy sales. Very helpful and approachable. Great after sales, nothing is a problem. Would definitely recommend.

We bought a car from A1. The day after buying a fault occurred with the car, Allan was fantastic and dealt with everything for us. Nothing was too much hassle. Unfortunately the fault persisted but Alan went above and beyond to get it sorted. He kept hold of my car until he was 100% happy that the issue was resolved, he also gave a courtesy car so I wouldn't be without one. The car was checked by all manner of professionals to make sure everything was fine, none of this cost me anything. I Would recommend buying from here and will definitely shop here for any future car purchases. A 6 month warranty is also given with every sale which gives peace of mind. I think Allan might actually be a saint.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this garage for sale of a car. I bought my car April 2024 on finance since then I have spent \xa32200 on repairs and various products including oil and radiator fluid. It has been in the garage 4 months out of the year I have owned it. Last week it failed its MOT due to various issues including the exhaust and tracking. The garage who done the MOT informed me that the issues could not have been caused within a year of driving this car. Of which I only drove it for 8 month due to it being constantly in the garage. The car is now being repossessed due to not being able to afford having a car I couldn’t drive. This has put in my serious debt, being a single mum I feel that basic humanity should have been considered when l to sell this car.

If I had the option I wouldnt even give this company a star. Bought what I thought was a lovely looking car. Paid \xa35500 cash. I had saved hard for this. After a few weeks driving. The total exhaust needed replacing. Then the brakes then the drop links, coils and suspension went. I’ve now been told the engine is totally broken and I have to scrap it. The guy Alan seems nice but is not. When I rang for help he was if none. Beware if you’re spending a lot of money as they are quick to take but offer no help. Avoid avoid avoid! I will never purchase a used car again. I’ve just read your response, very professional indeed! I think you will find you have spoken to a Sue or Susan, oops another lie. The car was bought in good faith mate and the person it was bought for us now car less. So people should know what you are like. I keep myself private due to work commitments but can promise the people reading , this is all genuine More and more lies.
