Bought a Nice clean van and very happy all aspects of the garage

The absolute worst company we have EVER had to deal with. Sold me and my husband a faulty electric van. Peter and Samantha said there was nothing wrong with it, we ended up taking it to another garage and it had 32 faults logged, needed a new battery which as it was electric cost more than the vans worth which we obviously didn’t get done. Peter is the rudest person, shouts down the phone to you. Took us 6 months to get our money back which we did through our bank and rejected the vehicle. Would never ever use again. I highly doubt the other poor reviews are other businesses like Peter is making out. Sadly, they’re true and these are absolute con people. Just add to peters response …. I’ve attached a copy of the diagnostic report below! You didn’t organise a refund, you HAD to give a refund to your bank as our bank had already refunded us as you lost the dispute! We wouldn’t win a dispute if the van was in working order. It didn’t even get to Wakefield and back on a full charge! It also didn’t start first time.. you brought jump leads and jump started it.. such a shame you have to lie to try and keep your business looking ‘ok’. Your business is a disaster - your reviews prove it!

Brought a t5.1 transporter from this company amazing experience very friendly and helpful vehicle was ready on pick up as I was coming from about a hour away to view it a few age related marks but nothing to be concerned overall pleasant experience

Peter is a rude arrogant conman bought a van from him and he knew full well the van was faulty as it was advised on the mot as abs lamp illuminated then I bought the van and found out he had covered the bulb! Also he had the adblue and dpf removed! Without mentioning this! Cost me over \xa33000 to put correct and as for Peter he just simply didn’t care! Explains all his negative reviews

AVOID AVOID AVOID Read the other reviews and make your own judgements. Bought a van and had nothing but issues and then they ignore your calls when you tell them the issues despite having 3 months warranty
