Bought an XF 3 L Jaguar from First choice Cars Unfortunately it’s had numerous issues but to the credit of Max the owner he sorted every issue It’s had new back brakes fitted new rear Spring also air flow mass meter also water pump and had the DPF Cleaned thankfully I wasn’t in a rush for the car but they kept me updated and informed as to progress and availability Sometimes he can be a little bit forgetful but trust me he’s a genuine man to his word got everything sorted on the vehicle but would I buy another car off him yes like I say it took a little bit of time but everything was fixed to my satisfaction Cheers Max clean

I bought a mini hatch one car from this company. At first, everything seemed fines but 2 weeks after purchase the car presented major faults. A blow head gasket and oiling leaking made the car undriven. In two weeks, I spent almost \xa3500 on rescue and diagnosis for the car as the car would super heat in a couple of minutes of turning on and they shut down. I am aware of my rights and under the consumer act 2015, I can return a fault car within 30 days for a full refund. I even suspect the MOT was dodged, as the AA garage has told me that this problem is structural and may as well have caused permanent damage to the engine. 1st choice Preston keeps pushing me to accept the car again, which I don't need to. Now they have the car for more than 10 days and refusing to refund me.

Just bought a small Aygo off 1st choice cars preston really happy with the car i purchased really happy with the service we received as was a first car for my son not pushy really nice guys came with a 12 months mot really happy would definitely recommend.

Amazing service I received on Saturday the 13th May 2023. Mr. Maksood was more than helpful. I saw a red Ford fiesta that I had my eye on for a week. I made an impulsive decision there and then, and asked if I could look at the car, Mr.Maksood was ready and available to explain the whole car history, he was friendly and very helpful, and there was no pressure to buy. I bought my new car 10 minutes into conversation. I am very happy with my new red purchase. I drive past 1st Choice Cars 3 days a week, and they always have great cars on their forecourt. I am happy with my choice and the customer service was second to none. I have had a few follow up messages asking me if myself and the car are doing well. This to me is outstanding customer service. I like to change my cars every couple of years, and I will definitely be coming back to purchase from 1st Choice Cars again in the future, great value. I am happy with the outstanding customer service and price and purchase. Thank you 1st Choice Cars.
