MECHANICALS:Powered by the ultra reliable chain driven 1.8 petrol engine .Chain driven , so no silly cam belts to worry about .We've has loads of these civics, and this one drives as well as it looks,Apparently the engine is really tuneable , if you need a few more horses !It starts , drives and brakes in a straight line . Gear change is great, clutch works as it should,..NO funny engine noises, and NO warning lights not the dash.Just over 150 miles of free get you home fuel too.... EXTERIOR:Please study the photos, to see just how clean this car is.Finished in metallic black colour, with contrasting almost unmarked silver alloys, yes even after nearly 18 1/2 years they are in good condition !This car has been loved , hardly a mark on this car, and I have looked and cleaned it...There is obviously the odd mark here and there.The rear bumper has a small indent.Front passenger side bumper has a very very slight abrasion , mostly polished inAnd I didn't notice until I did the walk round video, a small crease on the top of the drivers door.And thats about it ,NOT back for nearly 20 years old ..... INTERIOR:Here's the selling point for me.REAR SEATS,Who at Honda came up with the idea to have the rear seats for upwards, creating a huge space, you'd even get a child's bike in there stood upright !Genius, and all cars should have this.As for the seats, the usual blue and grey fabric seats are in great condition, and almost unmarked, amazingly !The ill mention the twin panoramic roof, that lets in so much light.Apparently the electric blinds need a hand to move across according to the supplying main dealership.Ill be honest and say ive not tried, I love the sunlight streaming through the glass roof, and left them both open.....All buttons seem to work as they should..... FEATURES: Climate, Phone prep, Cruise control, Twin panoramic glass roof, Aircon, not ice cold. Alloys, Auto lights, Auto wipers, Electric heated mirrors, Electric windows all round, Remote central locking, Auto dimming mirror, Multi function steering wheel, Front driving lamps..... THE CAR HAS: FULL V5, shows only 2 owners with the last owner for over 18 years , wow !!! Part service history, see below, 2 remote keys, FULL Honda book pack, Locking wheel nut set in the car... SERVICE HISTORY:So the car has basically been owned by the same person since it was 3 months old...It has 4 stamps in the book, to 2012.It has 4 invoices 2019/2022/2024, to the last service in March 2025 at 141870 miles, at a cost of 540 pounds!!!There will obviously be more history, but nothing with the car.... TYRES:The car has great tyres on it,Front 2 are 3mm, rears are 6mm.Surprisingly the car comes with a tub of goo as usually found in a Civic'sJack and tool kit are in the left hand boot pocket., see photo and video..
