ENGINE:Fitted with my 2nd favourite engine of all time, the cheeky 1.2, 3 cylinder petrol engine,Why 2nd ?First is the vw 1.9tdi, bomb proof engine.This engine is so good, all 3 of my driving age children have this same engine in their 1.2 polo's and Audi A1 , so there's a recommendation for you.Great fuel economy, and it's a chain driven engine, so NO cam belts to change, at nearly 400 pounds.This one sounds like they all do, runs well, gets to temperature, at 90 and stays there the whole journey back.Not the fastest car in the world, but its a VAG group car so its a reliable car.5 speed gearbox that changes gears well,NO funny noises on the way back, and NO warning lights on the dash either, lovely ...... EXTERIOR:Finished in lovely gloss blue paint work,It will have a full machine polish, and does look really well in the nearly showing sunshine today, a bit overcast sadly !There's a slight dent and marks in the front passenger door, see video, from 5ft you can't see it really.There's hardly a chip on the bonnet, amazing at this mileage.A slightly small mark on the front drivers wing.New wheel trims all look in good condition, only a slight bit of marking here and there, and that's it in 14 years.So a very well looked after and nicely presentable car... INTERIOR:The Skoda is fitted with the great hard wearing, part grey, part blue cloth seats,They are really supportive , and have stood the test of time well, with very little in the way of abrasion.They've all just had a quick shampoo, like we do all our cars with cloth seats.No abrasion on the bolsters either.Please see all the photos,Quite comfy on the way back , easy to adjust , so typical VAG.All switches seem to work as they should too.Headlining is nice and clean, and the carpets have hovered up well. FEATURES: Electric front windows, Radio with cd, Central locking , key in the door, not remote. Manual rear windows, Manual wing mirrors, NO Aircon, sat nav or apple play im afraid ,Errr, that's about it, so less to go wrong....
