MECHANICALS:Powered by the 1,6 petrol engine, ford have done for ever.Really reliable, easy to get parts for, cheap to fix.No funny noises from the engine, coolant the correct orange colour and at the right levels.Gear change is smooth, box works well .Suspension works with no knocks or bangs, and just shows how well maintained this car has been.... EXTERIOR:Finished in the timeless " Moondust Metallic" Ford helped Noah to paint the Arc in.Its been around for years, and still looks fresh.Apart from the rust bubbles on 3 out of 4 arches, that car looks well.There is a dent on the front wing, but not broken the paint.No real marks other than that.Not a bad condition car for over 19 years.Alloys all look in good condition too, and have cleaned up well.. INTERIOR:You'd be hard pressed to think this car has done 144k miles, such is both the cleanliness and condition of the interior .Either a testament to the Ford designers, or the last owner thats apparently looked after this car really well.I think the car had car seat covers on it, as 2 of the head rests had covers on them, and explains why the seats are in such good condition.All switches seem to work well.Aircon is just cold, not ice cold, who'd have thought it on a car of this age !!
