Belfast2 Previous Owners, 1969 Morris Minor 2 Door 1098cc, Excellent Condition, Brilliant Driver, Classic Insurance, MOT Exempt & Free Road Tax I sold this car in October 2025, however, due to an unexpected change of circumstances the buyer asked if I would be interested in buying it back. When a Moggie this good becomes available again I had no hesitation in doing so. I drove her 40 miles home and she drove really well, effortlessly cruising at 60 mph.Im hesitant to call a 57 year old car mint, since like most cars of this age it does have a few small imperfections. However it is in great condition, drives very well and has clearly been extremely well looked after throughout its life. Finding one in better condition would likely cost considerably more. There have been just three owners in total. The previous long term owner kept the car for nearly 30 years and covered only around 11,000 miles during that time. The history file is excellent, with invoices totalling many thousands of pounds along with 27 MOT certificates, many issued even after the car became MOT exempt. The most recent short term owner also carried out some sensible routine maintenance in preparation for the upcoming season. This included new engine oil and filter, gearbox and differential oils changed, new spark plugs, a new battery, and a new thermostat and housing. The exterior presents well, bright glossy paintwork, chrome is good, the steel wheels are good and recently fitted with 4 new tyres. The interior is also in great condition, as are the engine bay, boot, and underside, none of which show any signs of needing immediate attention. The car comes with a standard UK V5 document and can be driven anywhere in the UK without the need for re registration or import duties. Its long term Northern Ireland ownership also makes it well suited for export to the Republic of Ireland. Please note shes fast approaching her 57th birthday, and like any classic car, there may be a few imperfections or room for improvement. However, on this car, any such issues appear manageable through ongoing maintenance and care, with nothing I can see requiring immediate attention. The Morris Minor was built by Morris Motors from 1948 to 1971, debuting at the Earls Court Motor Show in London. Designed by Alec Issigonis, over 1.6 million were produced across three main versions, the Series MM, Series II, and the much loved 1000 series. Originally launched as a two door saloon and convertible, the range soon expanded to include a four door, a wooden framed estate (the Traveller), plus van and pick up models. It was the first British car to sell over a million units, and its still celebrated today as a true icon of British motoring. HPI CHECK. The car has been checked and there is no known outstanding finance, mileage issues, or insurance records of damage or theft. DELIVERY. We can arrange delivery anywhere in the UK or Ireland at very reasonable rates.
