2 Previous Owners, Our highlycoveted 1989 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Volante is exceptional in every way and can only be described using extreme superlatives. This muscular British grand tourer is a rare, totally original, unrestored example having covered an amazingly low 12,750 miles, while being fastidiously maintained by marque specialists. Beautifully presented in ubiquitous Suffolk Red with Tan leather and Burgundy piping, the car is a timewarp example which we doubt could be repeated. Wherever you look, everything is just as it should be. From the paintwork, to the interior, the wheels, engine bay and even underneath, it would be difficult to find any flaw that gives an indication to the cars 41 years of age. So good is this car, it would be easy to assume the car has done even fewer miles,  On the move, the car drives superbly. As the flagship XPack model, it features the most powerful version of the 5.3litre V8 engine, the immense torque of which is perfectly matched to the threespeed automatic gearbox. One of the fastest 2+2s of its day, it now offers an unmatched combination of presence, performance and luxury. Sold to its second owner in 1990, it has remained in family ownership ever since, and currently shows only 2 previous keepers on the V5, with the car documented as being kept in professional, dehumidified storage for most of its life. The vast history file is exemplorary. Its plethora of documents include the warranty card for chassis 15788, as well as the reminder to take the car to the Aston Martin factory in Newport Pagnell for its allimportant complimentary first service, which was duly carried out in June 1989. Regular maintenance has continued throughout via Marque Specialists. Most notably is Christian Lewis, who has maintained the car since 2007, with invoices demonstrating that no expense has been spared to ensure the car remains the best of its type.
