With the exception of some light kerb marking on the wheels (which are still in their original factory finish) even the finer details - from the trims and seals to the lights and glass - are immaculate. Recently serviced and inspected, this RS is fully prepared and ready to be enjoyed. INTERIOR: Looking every bit the low mileage example it is, the impressive, near-new condition continues inside. Equipped with the desirable Luxury Pack option, the cabin still carries that unmistakable new car scent, and close inspection reveals virtually no wear in any of the usual areas. The Recaro seat bolsters with their green fabric sides are in superb order, while the steering wheel and gear knob are unmarked. The dashboard, fascia, and centre console are all pristine, with no blemishes or fading to note. All switchgear operates perfectly, and the original Sony CD player remains in place. In the footwells, the carpets are still protected by the original RS overmats - further evidence of the car's careful preservation. ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION: Under the bonnet is just as clean as the rest of the car, with the 2.5-litre Duratec engine completely unmodified and factory-correct. Producing an impressive 300hp with 440Nm, the RS launches from 0-62 mph in just 5.9 seconds. The 6-speed manual gearbox feels smooth and precise shifting through all gears. Recent maintenance work includes a service, new battery, spark plugs, ignition coils, all-new Goodyear tyres, and 4-wheel alignment. HISTORY: High quality, low mileage Focus RS Mk2s are few and far between, especially in such excellent unmolested condition. Aside from the addition of a full Maxton Design styling kit in complementing gloss black, the car is very original and unmodified.
