Insurance Group 14, 1 Previous Owner, Partial Service History, 2008, Audi A3, SE model, 1.6 FSI petrol, 5 speed manual, 150600 miles ,111 m mot 24/09/2026, ONLY 2 owners form new, last lady for 15 years !HPI clear, Fairly good used condition 16 year old car..41 photos available to view, 3 min YouTube walk round on our ebay advert, soalmoto co uk website....Anyone needing a car for food delivery services ?Maybe you're looking for a cheap runner ?Something with a years ticket ?Petrol fuelled, so ULEZ compliant ?A get you out of a hole car ?Something to tide you by whilst you wait for a new or used car of your dreams to appear ?What ever you're looking for, this cheap Audi A3 could be the one....***** Please note: If your looking for a mint, never scratched, looking like its straight out of the factory fresh Audi, please scroll past this one, this isn't the car for you.This Audi, although a great driving car, is marked on pretty much every panel, but then its only a grand of your hard earned, and not 15k, so please be sensible on viewing******HERES a new one for us.We sold this car to a chap last month, his plans have changed and is now leaving the country , so we agreed to but the Audi back, on his way to the airport no less.So its now back up for sale, obviously with another owner on the log book, so now 3 owners from new.The rest of the original advert is below:Just collected from a BMW main dealership in Cardiff, yes really, Just over 217 miles in 4 hours for a really cheap car.The main dealership did do their best to describe the car, but lets be honest, they deal in 50-60 grand new BMW's, and really just wanted this cheapie out of the way.So I arrived, did my engine checks, signed the docs, and departed.30 quid of fuel across the road, and were on the way.Criss crossing the quiet back streets of Cardiff, avoiding midday traffic, before jumping onto the M4, M50, A46, M69, M1, and back onto the A46 into Lincoln.So.... what im trying to say, is this car did actually drive really well, with NO issues.Changing gears well, not over heating in static traffic, coped with motorways, A roads, dual carriage ways and tight urban streets, all with ease, not bad for a car older than one of my sons.And 217 miles is a proper test drive.So any issues?Obviously a car trader isn't going to answer that question, every car is a winner, but at a grand, here we go:- Drivers window doesn't work, it's held up with 2 rubber blocks, see video, so im guessing it needs a window regulator, as the wires have snapped, can't be more than 40 pounds for that ?- Boot can need a couple of presses of the button to work on occasions, again see video- Central locking needs a couple of presses sometimes too, only unlocking the drivers door sometimes, then others it unlocks the whole car ?- Oh, and it's marked on pretty much every panel, but then black does hide a lot !All that found in 6 hours of ownership !ON THE PLUS SIDE:Its fairly economical, Ulez compliant, Really clean on the inside,Drives well, Rear wash wipe works, which is a rare thing on an Audi of this age,Aircon is Ice cold, Tyres are really good all round..- FEATURES:- Aircon, cold, - Alloys, - Electric windows, - Electric heated mirrors, - Remote central locking, - Radio with cd and Aux, - Daytime running lights, - Auto wipers, - Multi function steering wheel...- THE CAR HAS:- Full V5, shows only 2 owners, last lady for over 15 years, - 2 remote keys, - MOT 24/09/2026, - Full Audi book pack, - Locking wheel nut, space saver and tools in the boot...- SERVICE HISTORY:The service book is missing, I have all the book pack, but service book is missing.6 Invoices 2019 to 26/08/2025 mat 149784 miles.Oh, and the engine is " chain driven" so NO cam belts to change....- TYRES:The car has great tyres on it, a mix of budgets, all over 4mm, space saver looks unused in the boot too...- RUNNING COSTS:The car costs 265 pounds to tax for 12m or 145.75 for 6 months.The car does 50mpg, which strangely enough I got on the way back, or 30mpg around town, Insurance group 14...- SUMMARY:The last owner has loved this car,it is clean inside , just a bit used on the outside, but from 5 ft away does look well in the sunshine this afternoon.Its a cheap Audi, for less then the cost of a fiesta, and will look better on your driveway in front of the neighbours,YES its got some battle scars, Yes its done 150k miles, Yes it will need a window regulator and an afternoon in front of YouTube to fit...BUT where will you find another 2008, 2 owner car, with good history, chain driven engine, clean inside , and has just done a 217 mile journey back with NO dramas ?NOT my usual advert, but not my usual car.- LOCATION:The car is in a small village, 2 miles east of Lincoln city centre .Great for NO traffic test drives.Any questions please ask Matt or Cheryl.All cars on our website : soalmoto co uk
