The experience at Carbase Bristol was good because the staff were attentive and friendly and not too pushy when trying to sell other Carbase products such as extended warranty, etc. which made the process of buying from them much smoother. Mirgen was very friendly and well-versed which made the process very smooth and easy. Would recommend carbase for the great service and optional extras such as extended warranty which you don’t often get at other car dealerships.

I'd recommend Carbase Bristol to anyone because it was an easy purchase and Archie was very understanding and good to talk too, didn’t make anything complicated and could easily answer any questions I had.

Plenty to chose from easy to test drive and nice to do so your own without someone looking over your shoulder Phil was 10 out of 10 fitted us in a gap while someone was on a test drive making sure we where seen to before the shop closed. He made us tea and made us feel right at home and also did the lady who sored the next stage of me perches.

I'd recommend Carbase Bristol because, I found the car on Autotrader and even though it was advertised as being at a different garage they very helpfully changed the delivery to a closer garage so I could go and view/test drive. When we were down there it was a very simple process and Matt was very helpful with the test drive and made it easy to buy the car once I’d decided. Would recommend
