I wasn't buying the most expensive car but they had the time to show my things on the car and they made me feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend and use again.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Toyota Doncaster because the whole customer experience from enquiry, sales and follow up was excellent and exceptional. Dan the sales advisor my wife and I dealt with (not sure if that is the proper job title) was very helpful in the process and very good at his job. He was utterly professional, knowledgeable, approachable, relatable and he never rushed or pressurised us to make any decision. My wife and I felt we were treated with respect and dignity and valued as customers. Dan is one the best customer advisors I have come across and Vertu Toyota Doncaster are fortunate to have such an asset in their ranks.
My experience at Vertu Toyota Doncaster was memorable because the sales guys were great. Helpful, responsive, informative, friendly and courteous. The sales manager even reassured me on an issue that should gave been done by the service team and I was gifted a tyre inflator.
My experience at Vertu Toyota Doncaster could have been better because the buying of the car was fine, never say the car really clean before purchase, Only later have I found that white paint overspray as been ceramic coatedoverinstead of removed. There was no point going back a dealership that sends a car out in that condition cannot be trusted to rectify.
