The car was well prepared, there were a few minor issues which were sorted out while I was there. I was handed all the paperwork at the end of the appointment, and I just checked the figures and assumed my details were correct.. I have a private number plate and when the V5 arrived so I could put the private plate on I noticed my address was incomplete so I had to change address at DVLA before I could put the plate back on. Also when I checked all paperwork some had incomplete address and some had wrong address, also my date of birth was totally wrong. This is where Ascot Mercedrs let themselves down. I struggled to get these documents updated Eventually I spoke to Thomas Mudge, the sales manager who managed to sort out all paperwork. This was such a shame as feel the administration let the company down.
I'd recommend Mercedes Benz of Ascot because Peter Conn provided excellent service to me. He is experienced, professional, patient, attentive and answered to all of my questions. Not even that, he followed up for me after purchase. He is well praised and highly appreciated. I would also like to thank his supervisors Tony (the Manager, hopefully I remember his name correctly), Ross and the one answered my call, should be Donna that she was the first person at Mercedes giving me a very good impression and arranged me on the telephone to Mercedes of Ascot. A very early morning call for the follow up the next day, a very impressive and follow up call after I made a request on a night before. Very efficient and swift responsr and service!
