Strayed onto their forecourt for 1m 20s, waiting for reversing cars to clear the way into the Tesco car park next door. This was on a Sunday evening when the business was closed, so I caused no obstruction or inconvenience. I didn't pull into a parking space, switch off the engine, or leave the driver's seat. Despite this, I received a parking ticket within days and my appeal against it has since been rejected. Whether or not it's legally permissible, or becoming more commonplace, it's disappointing to see companies take this approach, especially during a cost of living crisis.

I recently sold my car to Autodeals of Stroud. I received a great price and great service from them. Initially, I had been a bit nervous of selling in this way, but I need not have been. Mike and Gary had reassuranced me over the phone and were lovely when they came collect the car. Because I had been honest with them about the condition of the car they gave me the full price they had offered, and the money was in my bank account before the car left the drive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Thank you again Autodeals!

Stopped for 1min 45secs, to get directions and got a \xa3100 fine from the company this place employs, They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves!, So be sure if you buy a vehicle from them it's not a complete rip off because they are about making money by any means possible!

This place has given me 2 parking tickets in 2 days as I thought I was in the correct car park as there is not clear signage looking at the other reviews they really need to get this sorted as the fines are a lot! Really not helpful to struggling people, should be ashamed of yourselves.

Fantastic experience of buying a car from these boys - Mike, Gary and John. From the moment we arrived they were welcoming, polite and not pushy - and this continued throughout discussions and extensive test drive. Nothing was too much trouble. Seven days later (exactly as promised) I have a very happy eighteen year old who has a bright shiny blue Fiat 500c in exceptional condition. If you are looking to buy a used car - I definitely recommend Autodeals and ignore the daft comments posted by people who are moaning about the parking outside.

I look forward to seeing you in court on this civil matter AVOID! still haven't paid my ticket and haven't heard the crook chasing me , don't pay them!

I stopped at this garage for just a few seconds and ended up receiving a \xa3100 parking fine. I understand there are signs, but the penalty feels incredibly harsh for such a brief stop. It’s really disappointing—especially for a place that should be welcoming to drivers. This experience has definitely put me off returning, and I’d advise others to be extremely cautious if you’re even thinking of pulling in, even momentarily.
