I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Reading to friends and family because all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I originally arranged for a test drive of the EQA, which Hanna sorted out and met me there on the day. She ensured that I had plenty of time to get used to the car and really get a feel for how the car drives. Afterwards, she took me through the finance options and the cars that were available to purchase. I was on-site for several hours and Hanna stayed patient throughout the whole process and answered any questions and negotiations that I had. 2 days later I walked out with the car I test drove (even though it was top end of my budget) but I absolutely love it and so glad that I chose this car.
Everyone at Mercedes Reading was very friendly and helpful. Daniel explained everything very clearly and gave us space to discuss our purchase so that we didn’t feel pressured. On collection day everything went very smoothly and he gave us as much time as we needed to become acquainted with our new car.
