Contacted Ian Grieve for a part for my Subaru, but the parts department wasnt sure which one it was. So they said will call back in 10 minutes with the correct part and he did. They said will try and deliver next but couldn't guarantee it. The part was delivered the next morning free of charge and to Hamilton. I cant fault what the parts team have done and getting my part delivered next day for my car to pass its MOT

The staff at Ian Grieve were good because from the beginning they were open, clear and professional. No sales fluff. Efficiently brought the sale (part ex included) together. The truck was in perfect condition (I had no need for a test drive as had driven Isuzu DMax before). Staff in showroom very helpful.
Best Suzuki dealer in British isles. Easy to deal wirh, great parts service.
