We recently bought a car from DR Motors and, overall, the buying experience was very good. Communication was clear throughout, every question I asked was answered promptly and everything was explained properly, which I really appreciated. The staff were professional and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. However, less than a month after the purchase, the car’s battery died. I understand that batteries are considered wear and tear and usually aren’t covered under warranty, but given that it was an \xa38,000-plus purchase, I thought it was worth asking for a bit of support. Unfortunately, they weren’t interested, which was disappointing and did take the edge off an otherwise positive experience. Overall, I’d give them 3 out of 5. Great during the sale, but the aftercare could definitely be better…

Absolutely brilliant company to do business with. Picked my Lexus up today from DR Motors. I was met by Jason with a nice firm handshake. What really impressed me with DR Motors is the tidiness of their offices, sales pitch, and the little boys room. Everything was sorted out by Jason, and I was in the car and away. I was also given an 18 month warranty free of charge due to DR Motors having a promotion during July, a nice saving of \xa3199. The car drove back Absolutely faultless, I couldn't be more happy with it. I will be recommending DR Motors to my friends, they have everything a decerning car owner needs and at every budget. No matter if you spend \xa313,000 on a car or \xa350k on a car Jason and DR Motors will treat you exactly the same, even if you do spill a bottle of water on Jason's desk. Seriously though, after having a bad experience at a dealership in Luton a few weeks ago im glad I found DR Motors and Jason, these are definitely the good boys of the trade.

Great service from the very beginnings after speaking to Dav who was really helpful with everything I asked. After booking an appointment we arrived after a 3.5 hour journey to a fully clean and shiny car and greeted by Jason who was equally helpful leaving us to check the car over and taking us on a test drive, no problems whatsoever everything went so smoothly from payments and logbook change over online. The price and condition of the car was amazing I'm really happy I would definitely use them again .
