I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh who sold me a 2016 Jaguar XJR. I'd been looking for over 6 months for the perfect car. Only problem was that they're a 5+ hour round trip. However I knew from the reviews that It was worth the drive, as I'd be dealing with a genuine, professional business who appear to sell quality cars. Upon my arrival I was absolutely blown away by the condition of the car. It was literally immaculate, I cant believe its 9 years old. Josh handed me the keys and told me to have a look around and feel free to test drive it "take as long as you need, its got plenty of fuel". I was left to do a full inspection (to which I couldn't find fault) and took the car out for a spin. I've now owned the car for two weeks and its been incredible. I'm over the moon. I've never spent this kind of money on a vehicle before but wanted to treat myself to a luxury performance car. I'm so glad I decided to take the trip and buy through Family Autos. No hard sale, fantastic communication before, throughout and after, they even organised delivery for me. And most importantly the car turned out to be better than advertised. No hesitation recommending.
