Outstanding from start to finish! I’ve dealt with plenty of garages over the years, but this was by far the easiest and most reassuring experience I’ve had. This wasn’t just a quick service or a set of tyres either. it was a big job: replacing the timing chain on my Jaguar. From the very first phone call, they were patient, friendly, and genuinely on my side. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and treated me with respect. The repair itself was done quickly and without any fuss. My car was back with me within three days, and there was no drama, no hidden extras, just transparent pricing and great work. What really impressed me wasn’t just the speed, it was how simple and stress-free they made the whole thing. Instead of the usual hassle and frustration, I drove away feeling confident I’d found the right place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. They’ve genuinely raised the bar for what a garage should be.

Highly recommend Mitch and the team for their amazing help. My Citroen c3 clutch was starting to slip and after being told it would take weeks else where I decided to ring Bainbridge for a quote and ETA of repair. Car was fixed next day with no stress from the team at all. Super helpful, very efficient and highly knowledgeable individuals. I felt so welcomed that I have now decided this will be my new garage to go to with a service booked in and a check around for any wear and tear needing replaced. Keep up the great work team!

Bainbridge Motoring is quite simply one of the best garages I have dealt with. Mitchell and his team go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. I was looking for a specialist Audi garage and I am delighted to have found this family run business. They go the extra mile and are always happy to explain exactly what needs to be done and they deliver excellent quality workmanship. I can't recommend them highly enough.
