I would not recommend Stafford Audi because they failed to deliver the Vehicle on the Date originally advised, even when given ample time to commit to this, they then failed to complete the finance documentation correctly and at one point advising that this would affect the revised/promised delivery date and they also failed to fully charge the vehicle for delivery when again they had committed to doing this, over sold and under delivered in all aspects
I made initial contact with Stafford Audi whilst on holiday in Spain, Tom Sneade got straight back to me and gave me full info about the Q5 and sent his own video of the car highlighting a few cosmetic issues which were subsequently sorted. My first impressions was that I was dealing with someone who has "customer care" at the heart. Appointment made to view and test drive at dealership where I met Tom. Tom was very welcoming to both me and my wife. Took car out for a test drive, did a deal and Tom talked through all the options for me to purchase in detail. Arranged all the paperwork and a pick up date - a perfect transaction and experience. Footnote - I write this testimonial in all sincerity as I've had some "interesting" experiences with car purchases in the past and in all honesty to date I've not been a big fan of car sales people. That has now changed as Tom has demonstrated how a customer should be treated from start to finish and I would have no hesitation recommending Stafford Audi and Tom to anyone else. Thanks again.
The experience at Stafford Audi was fantastic because from the initial enquiry about the vehicle to the hand over, every stage was explained and made the process very easy. Any questions I had were quickly dealt with. As good an experience I’ve had when buying a car.
