Although I didn’t buy a car this time, I want to leave a review of positive feedback for both Harry and Becky. I bought my mini in 2023 from Becky and came last weekend to look at upgrading it with Harry. Unfortunately for Mini chose to get a BMW which was bittersweet with it being a different brand but still under the same group. That said, I would like to place on record how amazing they have both been, they could not do enough for me as a customer and really did go the extra mile it was just a market opportunity ultimately that stopped me getting another mini, absolutely nothing to do with the branch or mini brand at all. As far as customer/prospect service goes I cannot fault the treatment from Becky and Harry at all, they’re an asset to the team. Thanks for everything both !
