The experience at Stafford Audi was great because the whole process was easy and smooth from start to finish. The staff were all friendly and professional, I had dealings with Jordan and Ed who were great and nothing was too much trouble.

I bought my first Audi from Stafford nearly 21 years ago and despite the dealership being nearly 100 miles from home I'd not go anywhere else. They really go above and beyond to make sure the service received is exactly what I require. This was really exemplified with the recent purchase of a new RS3 saloon where the sales, finance, and service teams all came together to meet my unusual (and exacting!) requirements. I have recommended Stafford to others who have similarly experienced great service and i will continue to do so.

I would not recommend Stafford Audi because they failed to deliver the Vehicle on the Date originally advised, even when given ample time to commit to this, they then failed to complete the finance documentation correctly and at one point advising that this would affect the revised/promised delivery date and they also failed to fully charge the vehicle for delivery when again they had committed to doing this, over sold and under delivered in all aspects

Stafford Audi were fantastic because having travelled from Northern Ireland to purchase vehicle the level of customer service from reception and sales team was very friendly, informative and made our purchase the most straightforward and stress free experience
