The team at Car Supermarket had the perfect car to suit me. The handover was straightforward with no fuss, which I appreciated as it was my first car purchase. However, there were a few letdowns: the car came without mats, less than two bars of petrol, and there was no flexibility on the price. I also felt a little put down for paying in full rather than financing. A small welcome gesture, like a bow or flowers, would have made the experience feel special. Overall, I’m happy with my car, but the buying experience could have been a bit warmer.
