My experience at Vertu MINI Teesside was cracking because it was so very easy to purchase our second mini from you.... Everything from start to finish was perfect and hassle free. Our sales man was truly amazing. He understood we are busy, know what we like/want/need and do not want to be in a show room for hours. He did not pressure us into something else, he minimised the extra 'Fluff' you get with other car dealerships... He totally understood our requirements and found the perfect MINI for us. From start to finish good clear communication. Car was ready to test drive exactly when they said. Car was in the condition advertised. Price advertised is what I paid. Additional options were explained in detail but didn’t feel overly pressured to purchase any. Straightforward transaction, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
