I wanted to to say a big shout out to all the team at Wolverhampton branch, they all made me and my family welcome and had that we will help as much as possible positive attitude! This was made more apparent as had a bad experience going to the Stoke branch where this was a completely different and the complete opposite experience to what I had over the weekend. In all honesty the Stoke branch need to come and pay Wolverhampton branch a visit and take some notes (ensure there is a lot of paper). Furthermore, it was well worth the extra miles trip going to Wolverhampton branch than the local (Stoke) one. Thanks for all the support from kuly it was much appreciated and such a professional manner! Because of the experience I will continue my custom to this branch in the near future when my current brand new agreement has finished. Morever, it wouldn’t be right for me not to thank head office in the ongoing support and finalisation of the new agreement and my experience 2nd time round was faultless other than timings of all the finalisation but well worth the wait. Brought my mini today from the Wolverhampton branch. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Explained everything in detail. Was very surprised to be driving away within 2 hrs with my new car. Can only highly recommend the service provided. Thank you to all the staff involved

The staff were friendly and professional. Although beware if you’re part exchanging a car. I was quoted a basic part ex figure over the phone based on its age and mileage, so budgeted accordingly. When my car was appraised, they said it was worth over \xa31000 less than they quoted despite its very good condition and low mileage. Within seconds of telling me that, before I’d even had time to think about if I still wanted to go ahead, the sales person was waving the card machine in front of me for me to complete the sale, then urging me to leave them a review!

The bloke was so rude and dismissive of us, although we have previously brought 3 cars from this company and never had an issue. We shown up in an older car as was treated disgustingly. Will NEVER buy from this place again.
