My experience at Vertu Toyota Rotherham was memorable because when I made enquiry I got a very quick response. Any time I made a phone call my call was answered quickly and each time person was friendly and helpful making real effort to respond to answer any query. Isabella who sold me car was not pushy at all and was very professional yet friendly throughout the process. As I was not able to visit in person Isabelle braved the stormy weather and made a video of car I was interested in. I felt that I could trust her and no pressure was put on me at all. Isabelle arranged for exchange of car and for delivery to my door - amazingly this happened in 3 days! Young man who delivered it was excellent - contacted me on route etc. He also drove our trade in back down to Rotherham which I was not expecting. The only perhaps uncomfortable part was the process of signing and making payment - by text links and then to make bank transfer. Option to pay by card was not available as maximum payment was much much less than cost of car. Bank put some additional steps in before I could do this - to ensure the sale was not a scam and was surprised that card payment could not be made. However all checks were passed and car arrived in beautiful condition at time agreed . Delighted with purchase and with service from Toyota Rotherham and amazed that car could be delivered so promptly right to our door !
