My experience at Vertu Ford Cheltenham was memorable because everything from start to finish was easy and efficient. Staff were always incredibly helpful and friendly and at no point did I feel under any pressure. After a bad experience buying my last car, not through ford/vertu this experience has restored my faith and I have already recommended it others
My experience of purchasing my new car was varied. James Merryman was extremely helpful and informative. I went and test drive a Citroen C3 Shine which didn't have the spec U wanted. He found me the Aircross that I decided to buy. Unfortunately, James then went on holiday and subsequently there were periods of miscommunication and my calls not being returned. A sales person called Jack took over and he was extremely helpful and the pickup went smoothly. Unfortunately, when driving the car home , I pulled the sun visor down and the mirror cover fell off as it was broken. Also no user manual. The sales person who took my call the following day was not particularly helpful. I spoke to Jack again and emailed the picture of the broken mirror cover. I also requested return of night glasses I'd left in my old car. James Merryman contacted me in his return from holiday and was extremely helpful. He sent me a replacement mirror cover and said he'd obtained a user manual and would post it along with the glasses. Apart from me having to chase Vertu to see if car had been delivered and for the video that was promised, overall, I'm happy with the service I would give a 7/10
