I dealt with this dealer last year and the service I received was outrageous. After finding a car I liked, I put in my credit application and deposit through the dealer and they entered my application in wrong and then accused me of lying about debt I don’t have. There was zero support and upon correction for this issue not a single apology was made to myself. I booked a time in to come see the ear after the correction was sorted and the dealer was not there, a wasted journey. While looking for the car through the gates I was told to go home even after explaining who I am and why I’m here. Finally once I got to see the car I decided it was overpriced for the car was and declined sale, the dealer then refused to give me back my money and made up a story that no one else was interested and me reserving it for a couple days had lost him money. The next day it was sold. Overall bad experience
