Was greeted with a big friendly smile. Treated with kindness, reassured throughout my wait and even offered coffee or tea as I required. Leon kept me updated on the progress of my cars service whilst I waited and remained calm under pressure especially being the only member of staff on the desk first thing in the morning and dealing with a steady stream of customers. Would recommend.

I was happy with the service at Frosts Chichester because I didn’t feel pressured and nothing was too much trouble. Bob the sales advisor who dealt with myself from the start was very friendly and made myself and my family feel comfortable. He even ensure my tow little boys were kept occupied whilst we sat and discussed things. Bob made sure I was happy and certain about everything before proceeding and was happy to answer any questions I had, as well as talking through everything in great detail. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will be sure to use Frosts again if ever needed.
