My experience at Mercedes Benz of Reading was positive because I had issues with the DVLA my end and I wanted PX my car. The DVLA took their time sorting my issues. Mercedes Reading were fantastic still willing to work with and put the deal through. But the Staff were just exemplary, Isabella was an absolute joy as was Hany. They did exactly what they said that they would do and exactly when. The manager of Mercedes Reading was an absolute gentleman as well. Collecting my car I was treated so well and enthusiastically.
