Since the age of 18, I’ve had a car on PCP with a different dealership but I found them very sales heavy. Sam from Nissan contacted me as my PCP was coming to an end. From the initial phone call to driving away in my new car, I didn’t feel pressured once. I felt Sam listened to what I wanted, understood my budget and i felt heard. Russ is a asset to your company he understood what a enormous undertaking this was for me to let go of my old car. On my test drive Russ took me on varied route to get a true feel of both town and bypass driving. He explained all the features. By the time we got back to the showroom Russ had all the finance details printed for me to read. I had another appointment that morning so couldn't make a decision there and then. There was no pressure, we were invited back at our convenience. With in the hour I had received a email with a video attached detailing the vehicle. I returned later that afternoon to confirm I would like to buy it. All contact with Russ and Nissan Chesterfield has been fantastic .
