Vertu Ford Redditch staff were good because Nick had a friendly and professional approach with no pressure. He had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. Also, when a few body marks/scratches were pointed out to Nick, he arranged for this to be remedied without any fuss. Communication with Nick was always good throughout the buying experience.

I would not recommend Vertu Ford Redditch because very poor experience for a main dealer, communication is none existent and had a few problems with this dealership from the off with there used cars and the main manager did try to put this right but yet again empty promises as still waiting for stickers that were not put on car and promised by manager that he would post them and still waiting, WHAT A SUPRISE !!! Not at all good service from a main dealer and the communication needs to be a lot better as it was shocking and don’t promise things that you can’t keep. Really disappointed.
