Stellar service from Ash. Car was in excellent condition and he went the extra mile to get the car MOT'd so I could take it that day as we had travelled a fair distance to get it. Very happy with our experience of buying a Ford Focus with Ash cars. Ash is a very straightforward guy, and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Great buying experience with Ash - bought a tidy Passat Estate from him. Made sure it was in top shape before taking away with fresh MOT and some part replacements that were needed taken care of. Very transparent from the beginning when asking about timing belt, water pump, previous fixes/mots/service book, etc. Picked me up to grab the car on his way back to the garage. Got a puncture 1 mile down the road after driving off and he even came down to help. Would go to Ash again for a second hand car. Cheers again Ash!

The best customer service ever! I called the landline on Sunday morning, but there was no answer, and literally, a minute later, he called me back. I told him I was interested in one of his cars, and as he was on a meeting, not knowing exactly when he would finish, he even offered to pick us up on his way back to his garage as we were about to walk there. He is a very friendly, customer focused guy. Noone else would be bothered to do all this on Sunday. I'm already convinced that it will be a great experience to deal with him, no wonder of all the great reviews. Thank you.
