That is important to me as I hate the feeling of being pushed in to something which is an experience I’ve had at other dealers, resulting in me going elsewhere regardless of their cars or offers. I'd recommend Vertu Peugeot Exeter to anyone because I can’t express how easy buying a car was from here. After being let down the evening before collection and finding out the car I had purchased elsewhere had mechanical issues, I thought it was not going to be possible to source a car in the same week let alone the same day. Seen a car I like, made a phone call. Within 2 hours I was sat with one of the sales advisors (Ben) and looking at the car that peaked my interest. Not long after Stuart who was also helping behind the scenes and helping make what has previously been a long drawn out stressful process, run like clock work and I couldn’t have had an easier sale process. Thank you to Stuart, Ben and Darren for helping me not only view the car, test drive the car but also finalise a sale and leave all within 3 hours.
