Looking for a particolour car there was one in Sterling motors that looked just what I wanted. We were up in Birmingham for a few days which was an oppertunity to make an appointment to see it. We were met by the brothers and cousin. they were very friendly and made us feel very at ease. They left us to have a good look around the car and we didn’t feel pressurized at all. We were offered coffee which was very nice. Nayim and brother were very friendly and told us all about the car and the service history and had a test drive and was again there was no pressure to buy. They even moved a few cars so we could get ours in to keep an eye in our dogs. When we returned they gave us plenty of time to consider. We decided to buy it and to come back on Wednesday to pick it up. The car had been valeted and was looking perfect. They even put fuel in to get back to South Wales. I was very pleased with my purchase. They were real gentleman and so friendly and helpful. There was nothing that was too much trouble for them and was an excellent experience. Would definatly recommend them and certainly would buy another car from them in the future. Well done to you all.

Excellent in every way. I have just bought a used BMW 116d from Sterling. Their advertising information on the car was clear and accurate, the face-to-face service from everyone there was brilliant, the car has so far been everything they promised and they were happy to iron out the one or two little things that an AA inspection picked up straightaway and with no additional charge. I have no hesitation in recommending Sterling.

A1 SERVICE !!! I went to view a fairly new Mercedes c class this company had for sale . All was true as per the advert . On inspection I picked out a couple of minor issues And the Salesman was quick enough to address the issues and resolved them . I would say they have gone over And above their duty by offering to further their customer service by offering a FULL service which I arranged through my own local garage . Nayim and Yahya were both great, incredibly friendly and personable and made the whole process easy and calm. Their attention to detail is really appreciated. Great communication from putting the deposit down and fixing an issue with the car I was buying before I came up, to explain the price they offered me on part exchange for my old car. If they have my next car, I would return. Well worth the 400 mile round trip.
