I would not recommend Oldham Volkswagen because the sales person who helped us and was responsible for going through with our sale was never available. I left messages every day for 2 weeks and was told every day he would get back to me but never did. Ordered a brand new car, was promised the car would be ready on September 1st, which was also on all the paperwork we received. To then be told 2 weeks before that we wouldn’t get the vehicle by the following March. Ended up not getting the car that we originally ordered due to not being given any other option to support us with a courtesy car etc to deal with their mistake. When we arrived to pick up the car it had a scratch on it already when it was a brand new vehicle that had just been shipped to the dealership. Was also told the car is an electric hybrid but once we got the vehicle home discovered this is not a true hybrid and instead a “light hybrid” with none of the features of a usual electric hybrid vehicle. Overall not very happy with the service but they managed to get another car quickly despite it not being what we ordered, because of their own error.
I had a great experience from start to finish with my purchase, Morgan was absolutely amazing spending 3 hours with me providing me with all the information I needed, he even provided me updates throughout the process via email which was great as I was on holiday and unreachable by phone. I have had no doubts during the process and had ample communication from both Morgan and Josh. I am more than satisfied with the experience and will continue to sing praises about the staff and experience at Oldham VW.
