Three words describe this dealership "Above and beyond"I was looking for a new van to replace my van as its mileage\xa0was creeping\xa0up, I saw a van in Dartford (60 miles away) and phone the dealer and Dean could not of been more helpful, always made time and called back even when I had small questions, no pressure sales - more a case of if you want it its there, we have all experienced\xa0the "what do we have to do to get you to buy this vehicle" Not from this place, even when I arranged my own finance, no pressure to take there finance, if anything they tried to get me a better deal (lower APR) Dean did a video call to walk me round the Van and pointed out any stone chips\xa0etc, I have read the odd negative review and nearly all are based on customers not bothering to view\xa0the car, well im sorry its a used vehicle not a brand new vehicle and if you can not be bothered to view it in advance then you have no recourse\xa0to get annoyed if it has the odd age related mark - my question is simple "who would buy a house without seeing it" no you would not so will leave it there. Hand over was easy, no pressure to collect, the vehicle was ready in record time for me to take away. All in all, the most positive experience\xa0I have ever had when buying a Vehicle, main dealers should learn from this dealer for the fair and excellent service given. Thanks again for the service.

Right where do I start? I spent the whole weekend reading the bad reviews that have been left by past reviewers. You know the kind you wouldn't accept the very low price that I offered. Therefore I'm going to leave you a bad review you won't negotiate to my terms therefore I will leave you a bad review. After reading these reviews, something made me curious, equally, I noted that every negative review had been answered the business did not ignored it or run away from it. They used it as a tool to learn and perfect. the experience I witnessed the following review is a short snapshot of what experienced as a first time buyer., I went there as a buyer, never pressured , and left blown away. I've been in the market looking for a new vehicle for a long time. This has been very painful and it has cost me and my family time and money. All that ended when I spoke to Dean from the car Outlet based in Dartford in Kent, just off junction 2 of the M25. this Gentleman has been in the game over 20 years and boy does it show I am one of the hardest people to please if something is wrong, I will find it, Dean, I can only describe as a Gentleman, professional attentive, knowledgeable empathetic, also listened and did not interrupt or tried to sell me anything didn't put any pressure on me, told no lies didn't make false promises. just acted with the most highest integrity I have witnessed buying a vehicle in all of my car history. If you're in the market to purchase a vehicle or a van whatever you're looking for, and you come across this business, give them a ring you never know how it's going to turn out. I can confirm you will not be lied to fobbed off, made false promises you will be treated with the most respect , here's something that is different about this business. They answer all their feedback even the negative feedback. If it's incorrect they tell you if they've got it wrong, they put it right. What more could you ask when buying a vehicle, and all the stress that process contains? I am a genuine reviewer, also a genuine purchaser. A service I thought was gone forever. This was not like buying a car from the car dealer. It was like buying a car from a trusted friend five stars.. I wish the business all the success in the future. I have no doubt that will be the case, because this business is smashing it. Oh did I mention Dean also made sure their was a tank of Fuel in the new vehicle to get the family home safe. big up big up .
