Not good. Bought a 2019 van with 58k miles paid a lot of money for it, paid full price with no negotiations. Advertised as full service history, just serviced and ready to work. Even on collection day was assured that ALL filters and oil has been changed “as standard for all the vehicles they sell”. In a weeks time the battery has failed, would say okay maybe coincidence, but all the fixing bolts were missing from cover panel proving previous battery related issues. Air con was barely working and cabin had horrible smell. Acceleration was sluggish and not what it should be from 145hp biturbo engine. Decided to check the filters, both air and cabin filters were probably original from factory and already started to deteriorate (pictures attached) - sluggish power and horrible smell sorted. Oil seemed old, maybe topped up at best. Had to service the van, change battery and refill aircon at my expense. Service book is empty - not a single stamp, been given some printouts with work carried out but who knows if it was. After i explained all this to the company they aren’t interested in finding a resolution and wanted a van back for investigation, i didn’t even want to start the engine after seeing the state of the filters and of course they are two and a half hour drive away and had to fix it there and then. It’s a shame as i was really expecting a well looked after and serviced van as it was advertised.

DO NOT USE THESE ABSOLUTE COWBOYS. Recently purchased a van which started having issues within days that aren’t t covered by the warranty they offer. I went back to my finance company who contacted WHS world only to be told they think I’m making the issues up and the van is perfectly fine.
