My experience at Vertu Honda Boston was positive because the welcome, attention and service were as good as they always have been. The salesperson, Charlotte, was very friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable with the process and paying attention to what we wanted.
My experience at Vertu Honda Boston could have been better because damage was highlighted after sale/handover but no option to resolve it was provided. Everything was excellent up to the point of sale and handover (vehicle was purchased online), however, I noticed a couple of areas of damage to the vehicle a few days after (ripped boot cover and many dents above the doors, most likely caused by a roof rack installed by the previous owner). I emailed the Boston Honda and the response... The vehicle meets their high standards. They could have offered solutions to the issues such as a replacement boot cover and arranged a paintless dent repair company to inspect/remediate the damage. But I got the feeling once they had my money, this wasn't a concern.
I'd suggest Vertu Honda Boston to a friend because the team there go the extra mile to make sure that you find a car to meet your exact requirements. They spend time to make sure you are happy and well looked after. The follow up since purchasing the car has also been exceptional. Amazing team and service - thank you!

Vertu Honda Boston and Tom were helpful because they met perfectly with my requirements within my budget with a good test drive that enabled me to fully assess the vehicle with a good clear explanation from Tom of what the car can do.
