I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this car dealership. The entire transaction was perfect and completely hassle-free. The customer service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond. The car itself was ideal and in great condition, exactly as described. They provided a detailed explanation of all the work that had been done on the vehicle. What was especially nice was that they took the time to patiently show us how to use all the car's features. This level of attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Paid deposit to reserve car to go view car was badly cosmetically damaged inside on view apparently owner was a child carer so it’s expected but I was looking for something in better condition it required deep cleaning of seats carpets isofix seat clips had been snapped off and there was extensive damage to rear of seats for all these reason I said no thank you guy encouraged me to think about it said you can take 7 days I sent text saying i didn’t want it I had no reply to a few messages and checked in on what’s app he has since answered refused to return holding deposit and has not responded since so I will need to go thru my banks fraud team very disappointed reserved many cars over last few months I’ve not had any issue from any dealers returning deposits for that reason I would not recommend this company.
