Very patient and happy to help. We were drawn to them because they offered a good trade in price online when we expressed an interest in the vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't live up to the offer because they claim that the programme they use generated a retail price not a trade in price despite our vehicle being in top condition (their opinion, not mine).
