My experience at Waylands MG Oxford was positive because I recently bought an MG HS from Waylands. Dan was the sales person. His communication was excellent, happy to respond to all and any question. He was very supportive and attentive, providing excellent customer service throughout the process from beginning to end. I was very pleased with his responses and support, working through the part exchange and specifics in a thoughtful and helpful manner. I have recently just purchased my new car with Waylands, Laurie was my sales person and from start to finish he couldn’t have been anymore helpful if he tried, he was so friendly, reliable and efficient! Answered all my questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Came away with a great deal and a lovely new car! Even after the sale completed he still stayed in touch to make sure everything was okay and to see how I was getting on, again more than happy to answer any questions or queries. I'd definitely recommend Waylands MG Oxford because they were very good with the servicing on my last car and Dan was true gentlemen when showing us the new car. I did feel however his manager was more interested in selling us the insurance care package than the car.
