Renault Kadjar 2018 (18) - 1.2 TCe Dynamique S Nav Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

A few months ago, I purchased a white VW Passat from these. From the day I got it I noticed some pretty monumental issues with this car. Driving down the M25 I first clocked onto some pretty astounding power loss and when accelerating the car would blow out thick black smoke. I contacted the dealer and they tried telling me it was the particulate filter regenerating (bear in mind I drive vans and have had other diesel cars, so I knew it obviously wasn't that). The ACC and front assist was also not working and the fuel filler cap body cover was also held on by a single slide clip, so the first time I went to fuel up it literally fell off in my hand. I ended up sending the car back to have this all amended and long and short of it the car turned out to need a whole new exhaust system, rocker cover and more. It quickly became pretty clear to me that, firstly, this dealer would've KNOWN about all these issues when selling me the car. It's impossible to have checked this car and not know about it. But then secondly, had absolutely no intention of fixing this motor within a timely manner or probably even want to fork out the \xa32000-\xa34000 it would cost to have this thing back in good shape. The only saving grace of this experience was that I got my deposit back in full immediately. (I genuinely expected them to be difficult about this because once you have dealt with them over text you will quickly come to find it's like drawing blood from a stone) Out and out incompetence on their part, so I couldn't possibly recommend these dudes left. If you are looking at a white Passat (WU67 UXF) don't bother, that motor needs to be killed off.
