I was happy with the service at Vertu Honda Derby because the salesman Le Roy was enthusiastic without being pushy. They were helpful in addressing any concerns I had about the car and despite being a Honda main dealer had a Mazda MX5 for sale which I had been looking for.

My experience at Vertu Honda Derby was memorable because Will the salesperson we dealt with was polite ,curteousknowledgeable about the used car we were purchasing which was not a Honda so he obviously did some preparation before our visits as he knew alot about the workings of the vehicle which was very useful as i have never had a Mercedes before. He also went over them again when I picked the car up . Also a nice touch was his line manager came out when i picked the car up to check that i was happy with the car and the service i had received.

Vertu Honda Derby were fantastic because they were able to set out a new car quickly following my car being written off in an accident.

I rang about the hrv they had in stock,due to it being the same as the loan car I had of there's.
