I'd definitely recommend Carbase Lympsham to friends and family because their service is good. however i would like to know why the 99 pounds i paid to reserve the car was not refunded to me after the purchase?

My experience at Carbase Lympsham was positive because the staff were friendly and willing to help me. I noticed something on the exterior of the vehicle that wasn’t satisfactory, and the staff were able to reduce the price so I could purchase the parts to get the issue fixed at my place of residence, as I lived a few hours away. I was then able to purchase and take the car back with me the same day without an extra journey.

I was happy with the service at Carbase Lympsham. Informative. Honest. Friendly and welcoming. Explained every aspect of buying the new car and exchanging the old one.

Carbase Lympsham were great from start to drive away. Having seen a car on the internet I reserved it for a small fully refundable fee as I live 200 miles away. It took a couple of weeks to make arrangements to view and test drive and I was kept updated throughout. Blake started the process and I dealt with Kieran on the day. Very friendly 'non pushy' professional, there were a few details to run through on the and all decisions were mine. The car was better than I expected and I got a fair deal on my part exchange.
