Unfortunately, I have had to give a 1 star rating for this garage. If it was just for the car we bought, it would have been 5 stars. The customer after care is abysmal. Having sent 4 emails without even a courtesy reply, you should be very wary of this company. The car came with only 1 key. In neither Autotrader or Enkae’s own advert did it say it came with a key missing? We only realised one was missing when we got home thinking the other had picked up the spare key. On contacting the garage their response was ‘just claim on your insurance’!!! No apology, no offer of supplying a key and really poor and unethical advice! The garage made a huge deal of our old car having two keys but failed to mention the new one didn’t. We are now having to pay \xa3250/300 for a spare key. We have had the car now for a month and are STILL waiting for the \xa399 deposit we left in order for V5 documents to be exchanged! Despite emailing them 4 times requesting a refund we have not heard from ENKAE? We had a GHOST 2 immobiliser fitted at Enkae and the technician failed to write down the service/security button in the manual resulting in us having to speak with an Autowatch engineer so we could actually use the car properly. Its such a shame having to write this NEGATIVE review as the car we bought is lovely and at the time of dealing with the staff, it was very pleasant. However, as soon as we drove away we feel as though they have washed their hands with us and left us with a further \xa3250-300 to get a new key and kept the \xa399 deposit we left in good faith for the V5. Be very very careful when dealing with ENKAE PRESTIGE MOTORS.

Umarah Is brilliant, above and beyond service, replying to messages out of her working hours, can definitely see why she has fantastic reviews. My son has just bought a 1 series BMW from Enkae Prestige Motors and I wanted to write a review to share what excellent service we got, especially Umarah. She was outstanding. So knowledgeable about the car, very caring and helpful. Not pushy, just there if we needed to ask any questions and help us sort out the finance and guide us through the paperwork. It was so nice to walk into a sales room and not be met with a pushy miserable sales person. She never stopped smiling. Thanks Umarah, we will be back to buy our next car from you xx
