My experience at Vertu Peugeot Northampton was memorable because Stephen Lee made everything so easy…. Even when I had a problem with the coolant,no one was returning my calls and Stephen went above and beyond to keep me updated with everything and got things moving. I recommended a work colleague to Stephen and he was delighted with the service and purchased a car from him.
I would not recommend Vertu Peugeot Northampton because of the very poor after sales customer service in addressing outstanding issues, issues which are still currently unresolved! - digital service history and a repair to the bonnet paintwork which was agreed on the vehicle purchase. Communication with the customer is very poor.
I would not recommend Vertu Peugeot Northampton because of the true state of the car! I would really like the £800 back I lost on selling the car to Snows Toyota Poole. I feel vastly let down and conned!!! Especially as I drove from Bournemouth to Northampton and back for this car. On inspection for part exchange more problems were pointed out I am extremely dissatisfied with this vehicle and with this Company. Vertu! I have had NO response to my call relating to this car!
Vertu Peugeot Northampton were great because although the staff were dressed very smart, they didn’t make me feel as if they were above me. The salesman who dealt with me levelled with me and couldn’t do enough to make my experience as smooth as possible. The unit was pristine, the car I purchased was fully checked over and any body work was done instantly. The whole transaction was smooth and stress free.
